He got back to me fairly quickly (within a few hours) on questions and concerns that I had and had a quote later the same evening. I asked his recommendations and he was very honest about everything. From the time his crew came out and finished it was 4 days total. He has a 2 yr guarantee on workmanship and 17 years on the turf....longest that I have heard of. About 2 weeks after install we had some stubborn weeds wanting to pop up between the turf and the pool and Colt personally came over on a Saturday to spray the weeds and he again was very through doing the full perimeter of the turf. In pics below, they put in a paver walkway from one end of lawn to the other and around our shed, put in a small patio paver area where there was just stone and a few paver steps and put in turf with a paver boarder. After pondering doing turf for a few years (due to our two pups) we are VERY PLEASED with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Outdoor Dream Builders to anyone wanting a backyard overhaul. They do it all and with a great work ethic and fantastic customer service! Not alot of companies true to their word like this these days. Thank you Colt and Outdoor Dream Builders!

A walkway of Desert lock, Cool white Artistic Pavers used as stepping pads complement the grass and existing Artistic Pavers perfectly. Colt’s Skillful team carved a pathway through the upper level creating a picturesque walkway using rumbled stone concrete pavers. All the extras matter and didn’t go unnoticed. Colt’s “A” Team moved and added landscape lighting, and installed a fence and 2 gates, and now we have a secure area for the pool equipment and supplies. There was constant communication given and received throughout this project which made this experience immensely successful and appreciated. At the completion of the project, Outdoor Dream Builders cleaned up and left us the most beautiful yard for us to enjoy right away. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

We needed our pool, built in 1996, resurfaced due to a number of cracks in the spa and the main pool. We did try a patch a couple of years ago but that only lasted 18 months and a new crack appeared behind the patch. I've since learned that the only long term effective repair is to resurface.

I got quotes from three companies with reps visiting to inspect and take measurements. After reviewing the quotes and taking everything into account we decided to go with Outdoor Dream Builders. Colt Colby, the owner of Outdoor Dream Builders is a very good communicator with great integrity. Their quote was competitive and, with visitors coming in a few weeks, Colt said, while he couldn't make any promises due to the weather etc., they would do what they could to get the job completed before our guests arrived. When selecting contractors you look at reviews and make sure they're licensed and bonded etc. However, personally I always trust my gut feeling and it didn't let me down where Outdoor Dream Builders were concerned. Colt, who is clearly driven by his will to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied, checked in and visited frequently to make sure his guys were doing a good job. This was despite the fact that his new baby was born during our project's duration and that he had many projects on the go. I could go on but as the phrase goes, "a picture is worth a thousand words", I've posted before, during and after shots. I'll just state the work that was required and completed:
Chip out and replacement of the pool and spa's pebble tec surface.
Installation of water line tile, this is necessary to prevent the new pool surface from being exposed and potentially damaged by the sun.
Installation of non slip tile in the beach entry where pebbletec was previously exposed to the sun.
Installation of new travertine tile coping in areas where there was none previously. Our old pebbletec coping was cracked and damaged from sun exposure. The new travertine coping matched perfectly with the existing travertine that surrounds the pool.
Repair and refinish the rock slide.
Outdoor Dream Builders has a good team of craftsman who, under Colt's leadership, take pride in their work and deliver a fine product. We'll be using them to install gravel and Rip Rap on our property next and I'd happily recommend that you give them an opportunity to quote on your next project.

Colt provided truly experienced, capable, caring masonry pros who repaired approx. 60 feet of cracks in our flagstone patio, pool deck and walkway. Great workmanship and all at a reasonable cost. Will definitely us again.

Colt and the team at Outdoor Dream Builders were excellent to work with. Colt took the time to really understand my existing irrigation system, identified shortcomings from a previous installer, and made smart improvements that actually solved the issues instead of just patching them. He also installed a paver walkway from my front door to the sidewalk, and the finished product looks clean, intentional, and professionally done. Communication was solid throughout the process, and the work was done efficiently with attention to detail. I appreciate contractors who think critically and improve what’s already there rather than taking shortcuts. Colt did exactly that. Highly recommend.

Excellent job! Highest recommendation Colt and Kaleb are incredible to work with. We had old artificial grass that was sinking from old tree roots. We had them install pavers, including boarders in place of some on my artificial grass. Colt showed up on time. (He would tell me his ETA, and showed up right on schedule). His work is fantastic! They had one day of delay due to an unforeseen broken piece of equipment, but the communication throughout that process was great, and due to the fact that they were over a week ahead of schedule it caused us no problem at all. The construction site was kept clean. Surely some dust cannot be avoided, but happy to say that nobody left a mess and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Here are a few pictures. Don’t hesitate to give Colt a call, he’s easy to talk to you, listens carefully, asks the right questions, and truly wants to make sure you get exactly what you’re hoping for out of whatever project. This is just the pool for now, we plan on working with Colt very soon on some Hardscape projects.

He handled the entire outdoor living and landscape design project on their home custom pool, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, grotto, refined hardscape work, luxury landscaping, and a swimup section and everything came out flawless.
